Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS

You may return an item for any reason, including change of mind, within 14 days of delivery.

Please note the following conditions apply to all returns:

  1. Return Delivery Charges:
    You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  2. Restocking Fee:
    A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for non-faulty returns. This is reflected in the lower pricing of the item.

We strongly encourage you to choose carefully, especially for bulky items, as returning them can be complex and costly.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us of your intent to return the item within 14 days of receiving it.
  • The item must be repackaged in its original condition, using the original or equivalent packaging.
  • If the original packaging is lost or damaged, it is your responsibility to replace it with similar materials.
  • Any damage caused during return shipping due to poor packaging will void eligibility for a refund.
  • All returns undergo inspection—please allow up to 5 business days for this process.

Once approved, your refund (minus the 10% restocking fee) will be issued within 5 working days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

DAMAGED / FAULTY / WRONG ITEM OR MISSING PARTS

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, or if something is missing:

  • Include your order details, a clear description of the issue, and relevant photos
  • Claims must be made within 14 days of receipt and during the warranty period

Our Customer Service team will respond within 2 business days.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you are not satisfied with your purchase:

  • You may return it within 14 days of receiving it
  • The item must be in original, unused condition
  • A 10% restocking fee will apply
  • Return shipping is at your expense

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

We work quickly to dispatch orders, so cancellation is not possible once an order is placed.

However, you can change the delivery option or address within 2 hours of placing your order.

REFUNDS

After your return is received and passes inspection:

  • A refund of 90% of the item’s purchase price will be issued (excluding shipping)
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account
  • We’ll notify you once your refund has been issued

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently only ship within New Zealand.
We do not support shipping to multiple addresses within a single order.
