Nationwide Delivery: 

Aliproda Limited (T/A Alipro) provides nationwide delivery services across New Zealand. For inquiries regarding service availability in specific cities, please contact our customer service team.

Inventory and Lead Times: 

Alipro maintains a selection of popular products in stock to ensure minimal lead times. However, for custom or non-standard products, delivery times may vary based on availability and demand.

Delivery Flexibility: 

In instances where delivery may coincide with your absence, Alipro offers options for managing shipments:

  • Goods can be held in our warehouse until your return from vacation.
  • Alternatively, items can be left in a designated safe place at your request. Please contact customer service after placing your order to arrange these details.

Multi-Item Orders: 

For multi-item orders, to optimize shipping costs, items will be delivered together in a single shipment. The overall delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest lead time. To facilitate quicker delivery of specific items, arrangements can be made for phased deliveries. Delivery Notifications: 

Upon order placement, customers will receive a confirmation email detailing order specific, including shipping and delivery timelines for each item. Once items are prepared for shipment, a Shipment Notification email will be sent, containing carrier information and tracking details. This notification will include:

  • Tracking number
  • Order placement date and time
  • Current order status
  • Estimated shipping and delivery dates
  • Shipping method

Order Tracking:

Delivery Timeframes: 

Deliveries to residential or office addresses occur between 8 AM and 5 PM on weekdays. For the latest updates on your order, please visit the carrier’s website using the provided tracking information. Aliproda Limited and its shipping partners cannot guarantee specific delivery times, nor can they make advance calls prior to delivery.

Signature Requirement: 

Due to the nature of our shipments, a signature is typically required upon delivery. If you will not be available to sign for your order, we recommend that you have the package sent to a location where someone you trust can accept it. Deliveries to PO Boxes are not permitted for security reasons.

Missed Delivery Protocol: 

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card. You may contact the carrier directly to reschedule the delivery or modify the delivery address.
